What is the fastest way to reach the clinic?
Call (918) 994-9170 during clinic hours (Tuesday–Friday 10am–5pm, Saturday 10am–3pm). Outside those hours, book online or send the form below and the front desk will reply on the next clinic day.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
New patients start with a consultation so a provider can review your goals and medical history. Several laser treatments include a free consultation, and neuromodulator appointments for new patients include a quick consultation as part of the visit.
Where do I park and where is Suite A?
The clinic is at 8006 S 101st East Ave in southeast Tulsa with free parking at the door. Look for Suite A; call if you have any trouble finding us.
