1. Agreement to terms
By accessing resultsmed.com (the “Site”) or engaging Results Medical Aesthetics & Wellness (“Results”, “we”, “us”) for services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Medical disclaimer
- Content on the Site is general information about the treatments we offer. It is not medical advice and does not create a physician–patient relationship. A relationship is established only after an in-person consultation and evaluation by a licensed provider at our Tulsa office.
- Individual results vary. Descriptions of treatment outcomes, timelines and durations are typical ranges reported in the practice or by manufacturers and are not guarantees.
- Prescription treatments (for example neuromodulators, injectable fillers, hormone therapy and weight-loss medications) require a consultation, medical history review and, where applicable, laboratory testing. Some uses discussed on the Site are described by manufacturers as “off-label”; your provider will explain what applies to you.
- If you have a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use the Site or its forms for urgent matters.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about our services, book appointments, shop and contact us. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to access non-public systems, scrape or copy content without written permission, submit false information, or use automated systems to extract data.
4. Appointments, consultations and pricing
- Online booking requests are processed through our scheduling provider and are confirmed by the practice. Appointment times are not guaranteed until confirmed.
- Prices shown on the Site are the practice’s published pricing at the time of publication and may change. Final pricing is confirmed at your consultation, and package or membership pricing applies only under the terms of that program.
- Consultation fees, deposits and cancellation or no-show policies are set by the practice and communicated when you book. Please contact the office with questions before your visit.
5. Memberships, packages and gift cards
Memberships are administered through RepeatMD and series packages and gift cards through Zenoti; their terms of use apply in addition to these Terms. Wellness memberships carry a minimum commitment period and, as stated on our membership page, a cancellation fee may apply if you cancel before the minimum commitment length. Membership benefits and pricing are those published on the Memberships page at the time you join.
6. Online store
Product listings, availability and prices in the online store are subject to change and to confirmation at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled by in-office pickup or shipping as stated at checkout. Professional skincare lines may require a consultation or an authorized-practice account (for example SkinBetter Science® and Epionce®), in which case the brand’s own storefront and terms apply. Returns and exchanges follow the policy stated at checkout or by the practice.
7. Financing
Financing is offered through third parties (CareCredit, Affirm and RepeatMD). Approval, rates and terms are determined solely by those providers under their own agreements with you.
8. Reviews and testimonials
Testimonials on the Site reflect individual patients’ experiences and are not a promise of results. By submitting a review or photo you grant us permission to publish it; we never publish patient photos or treatment details without written consent.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, photographs and logos — is owned by Results Medical Aesthetics & Wellness or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Brand names such as Botox®, Xeomin®, JUVÉDERM®, Sculptra®, Kybella®, HydraFacial® and CoolPeel are trademarks of their respective owners.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Results Medical Aesthetics & Wellness’s total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for professional medical services governed by separate patient agreements.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes relating to the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date reflects the latest version; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
