This Privacy Policy explains how Results Medical Aesthetics & Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit resultsmed.com (the “Site”), submit a form, book online, shop, or otherwise interact with us. It covers the website only. Medical information you share as a patient is protected health information governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices (PDF), which controls if the two documents conflict.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone number, treatment of interest and any message you enter in a contact or booking form; billing and shipping details if you place a store order; membership or financing interest you tell us about.
- Booking information: the service, provider, date and time you request through our online booking, which is processed by our scheduling provider.
- Automatically collected: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL and timestamps, collected through server logs and — if enabled — Google Analytics 4. We also store the page you first landed on and any campaign parameters (UTM, gclid) in a first-party cookie so we know how you found us.

3. How we use your information
- Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations and appointments, and provide requested services
- Process store orders, memberships, gift cards and packages
- Send service-related communications, including phone calls, emails and SMS messages where you have consented
- Improve the Site, understand which pages and campaigns bring patients to the practice, and protect against spam and abuse
- Comply with legal, licensing, insurance and record-keeping obligations
4. How we share your information
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Service providers that process data on our behalf: our website host; Page One Insights, LLC (our web design and marketing partner, which receives copies of contact-form submissions to route leads to the practice); our online booking and practice-management platforms (Podium and Zenoti); RepeatMD (memberships, rewards and financing); payment processors for store purchases; Google Analytics (if enabled); and Google Maps for the embedded map.
- Financing partners (CareCredit, Affirm) only when you choose to apply through them — their own privacy policies apply.
- Legal compliance: when required by Oklahoma or federal law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety.
- Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition or sale of practice assets, subject to the same protections.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you from the Site by contacting us below. Medical records requests follow HIPAA and Oklahoma medical-records rules.

If you are a California resident you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to delete it (subject to exceptions); to correct inaccurate information; to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information, but you may still submit a request for our records); to limit use of sensitive personal information; and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, Virginia and other states with consumer-privacy laws have similar rights and may use the same contact methods.
6. Phone, email and SMS communications (TCPA)
Our forms include separate, unchecked consent boxes. If you check the SMS box, you agree to receive text messages from Results Medical Aesthetics & Wellness at the number you provided — appointment reminders, service updates and, if selected, promotional offers. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you check the email box you may unsubscribe via the link in any email or by emailing us. We keep a record of each consent (form, page, date and version) as required by law.
7. Data retention
Website inquiries and order records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations, typically up to seven years. Patient medical records are retained under HIPAA and Oklahoma requirements.
8. Data security
Forms and pages are served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards with our providers. No system is completely secure; please do not send sensitive medical details through the website contact form — call the office instead.
9. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information online. Treatments for minors require a parent or guardian.
